-Welcome and greet guests at the bar, taking and preparing drink orders accurately and efficiently.

- Craft and present a wide variety of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and creativity.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the full bar menu, including ingredients, flavors, and preparation techniques.

- Execute proper and consistent portion control to ensure cost-effective operations.

- Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences, utilizing your knowledge of flavor profiles and beverage trends.

- Engage and interact with guests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the bar.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, and stocking inventory as needed.

- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, identifying and addressing any signs of intoxication and ensuring a safe environment for guests.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new beverage offerings, continually expanding your knowledge and skills.

- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant setting is required.

- In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques, including cocktail recipes, garnishes, and presentation.

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
